Basically the most obvious differences between the ’85 and ’91 mix is this– 
1985 mix: the oboe is placed slightly right of center in the mix – (strings are all the same) – and at the bridge where Karen sings “from this DAY love is forgotten” – you hear the vocal double come back in on the word “day”, singing through to the end of the phrase. Also backing vocals are a little hotter in the mix. 
1991 mix: the oboe is panned a little harder to the right, the vocal double at the bridge is deleted altogether and backing vocals are pulled down a little throughout…
SACD surround mix: Most of this is the instrumentation from ’85, with an alternate vocal take at 1:16 (“…from this day love is forgotten…”). Certainly a notable difference.
